Easy to access and use website to set up my appointment meeting my time and loaction requirements. The agent, Ethan, kept me informed throughout the process as to when he would exactly be at my location. Once there, he talked me through the work, completed it in a timely manner, and left the area cleaner than how he'd found it meeting all my expectations. Ethan ensured I had all warranty information before departing and ensured the work met my standard.

Great staff at this location. The communication before the appointment and during was excellent. The new windshield looks great and they were able to ensure my car's camera/sensors for the adaptive cruise control were calibrated.

Darius was out today and replaced the windshield in one of our service vans. He is the kind of guy I would want representing my company. Very nice and professional and got everything done promptly. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Darius!

Had my windshield replaced on the 24th of Feb. Snowed pretty well that day and then snowed again Sunday, went to grab something from the car and noticed a good size puddle on the passenger side floor, and of course it’s a Sunday which they’re closed and It’s suppose to rain all night. Car is under a car port so hope that helps a little. Obviously something went wrong with the installation, now will probably have floor damage. Need my other cars windshield replaced and definitely won’t be using you guys again in the future.

The person who reviewed the windshield was polite, responsive, and professional. He was thorough in review prior vehicle damage and provided good explanation of potential challenges they may run across during the new windshield replacement. All went smoothly and the job was completed well within the timeline he explained to me before they started. Very pleased with work and highly recommend Safelite to all who need auto glass replacement/repair. Great service matched to tremendous value.
