Federal Ballroom

We just held our daughter's wedding reception here and it was beautiful! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Becca, the event manager, was absolutely amazing!! She went way above and beyond anything we expected, and took care of things that had nothing to do with the venue. From receiving the wedding dress and storing it until we arrived in town, to picking up the flowers and delivering them to our hotel, to directing the bridal party down the aisle at the church, to delivering the cake top and leftover food to our hotel the next day, she really became the wedding coordinator we didn't have. Can't say enough about Becca - she made the whole experience fabulous!

Great venue Mrs Rebecca is awesome..

Was here for a wedding. The venue was gorgeous, except for some of the ceiling lighting fixtures that were dated in a bad way and did not fit the style of the room. Decent sized dance floor, but table space was a bit limited. The elevator, and the gentleman who operated it was awesome.

My daughter's wedding was PERFECT! The ballroom and all amenities were wonderful! The food was better than amazing! Becca helped to make my daughter and her husbands wedding dreams come true!! I would highly recommend the Federal Ballroom.

Beautiful place. Staff was very helpful. Food was great. Rebecca is with you from beginning to end and in between. She does everything in her power to make your night special. One minor detail..very warm at times.

I got married at the Federal Ballroom on April 6,2019 and it was a dream come true. The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. I could not have picked a better venue for our wedding day. The Caterer that is contracted with the ballroom, Capdeboscq Catering, completely blew me away. Mr. Larry and Mr. Gene answered all of my questions and went over ever last detail with me, not to mention the food was out of this world! The reason I'm giving the venue 4 stars is solely due to the wedding coordinator. Rebecca was very helpful up until the rehearsal. She had helped me coordinate the second line and she let me in the venue a few days before to unpack the several boxes she so kindly let me ship to her months before. She was great.. then the rehearsal came and she seemed to just drop the ball. I had to email her the lineup for the bridal party twice and then was asked for it again once we got to the rehearsal. I had to put people in their places and pretty much run the rehearsal. My maid of honor took over and had to repeat herself 3 or 4 times and it was very frustrating. The wedding day was no different. It was like she didn't want to listen to anything we were trying to communicate. She also stood in the way of the photographer as she was trying to take pictures and slowed down the photo taking process. At the end of the wedding she started our second line inside about 20 minutes too early so my guests waited outside for over 10 minutes for the police escorts to arrive so we could continue the second line outside. I would still recommend the venue but I would suggest having someone MOH, Bridesmaid, mother, etc. who knows how to coordinate the day of a wedding because Rebecca really let me down the two days I needed her most. Ive only seen a couple reviews saying the same thing so maybe she was just having a bad weekend for my wedding but unfortunately it did stress me out.

The venue is very vintage looking and great. I was there for a wedding reception and it definitely had a ton of room. Great dance floor area along with friendly staff!

Not worth the money! The owner/manager needs a better attitude. Quoting that you’ve been doing something for a long time doesn’t mean you’ve been doing it well.

I attended a wedding at this venue and it was extremely beautiful. It had a very romantic atmosphere!

Nice place for a wedding and the staff is so nice and helpful.
