Very slow. There are never enough employees and those who are there don't acknowledge customers - not even "hello" or "I'll be with you shortly". One can stand by the counter for 15 minutes without being greeted. Customers have a look of bored desperation, or perhaps it's the look of someone thinking: "I knew I should have gone to Staples!"

Went here to make a few copies and fax. Staff completely avoided offering customer service and dodged any questions. I was directed to use the computer scan for 39 cents a minute when the fax machine didn't work. The scanner wasn't working either. I over heard one employee tell a patron to go to the library when they couldn't help her. Folow that advice. Avoid this FedEx office.
