I had to send a package to China and the address was more complicated than expected. Amber is a pro at customer service and never grew frustrated from redoing the address multiple times. I just moved to the north shore but the ups store here was a welcomed surprise. They’re willing to help and will do it with a smile.

Actually located next door from Fantastic Sam's and Cici pizza.  Hard to find.but the staff is awesome!

I have made numerous complaints and I keep getting told I will HAVE a manager call me but no one ever does !!!!! you need new drivers to replace the ones who DO NOT do THEIR job!!!!! I'm tired of coming home to a note laying in my driveway that I have missed you bc your claiming my dog bit you WHEN HE WAS INSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
