They charged me $15 for a three page fax locally that the other end never received. Do not use it for faxing!!!

Incompetent employees every single time I go that make it a complete hassle. The ONLY reason I went today was because they're the only ship center open on Sunday and guess what...they are still incompetent. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. sidenote: the fed ex across 190 behind Starbucks is much better.
