FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Staff (manager) are not very helpful. I was shipping some hot sauce I bought at pepper palace (too many oz for an airplane) and an odd shaped piece of art that was maybe a pound at most. They wanted $165!!!! When I asked how that's possible he gave me some story about packing fees, surcharges, fragile contents, etc. So I asked how much for just the hot sauce. The answer... $65!!!. Outrageous! I obviously declined both services. Upon returning to pepper palace to ask if they could ship the hot sauce (stupid me for not thinking of it before when I bought it), they said they could and it would be $15.20. The moral of the story is that the staff of this FedEx should be wearing ski masks because they are blatantly robbing you.

Manager dude is a jerk and gripes at me because I was using the copier while he was printing someone else's job. I swiped my card and pushed print for 1 copy and a dozen sheets print out. Instead of informing me there's another print coming through he waits for me pick up the other sheets printing off to open his mouth about it. I live in the quarter and this crummy little excuse of a Fedex store is the closest to my home. I go out of my way to avoid the attitude and high prices. Lucky, there's a much better print store across Canal Street. It only takes a minute to find something better!

went here with a fed ex label an still have to pay shipping an handling when it was already payed for so i had to go way to another facility an the employees was so rude talking about nails had to waite with no one in the store

They are thief’s they will ask you what’s inside your package and if they feel it is valuable they will take it and make look like it got lost along the way..I took a package of 2 iPhones X’s the other day to get shipped and they asked me what was inside and I didn’t tell them and they asked me the value afterwards and I didn’t put the right value because I had a bad feeling that they will mess with the box and I should have walked out but I was on break from work and needed it shipped that moment and I shipped anyway and 2 days later it’s lost and never made it ..the ladies that work at the counter can’t be trusted ..that’s a 2,000 dollar loss

10$ surcharge for shipping any package above a pound. Unbelievable. The guy working was very rude too.
