High fives, Fedex! Amazing service by Marcus! He was so responsive and friendly — all around amazing. We had to print a retractable banner that had to be shipped with a special label and he handled everything like a pro. Fedex, if you're listening, you should promote this guy — it's rare to meet people that are truly great at customer service and you can trust to not only get the job done but go above and beyond.

Totally a pleasant experience. We had to drop off our packages after a conference in the convention center across the street. They know what they're doing. We were in and out 5min. It was 4pm on a Wednesday. While I waited, they were patient with an angry and impatient person behind us. Took the care to explain things to hom.

Sign says open but arrived at 9 and another sign says wait 10 mintues. I do, she returns no hello or sorry for the wait. Did i mention that i was waiting in the rain with bags in hand? She didnt even hold the door for me. She mumbled some directives of which i complied. Service not good!

Terrible. One working here on a weekday morning. Lady wasn't helpful. Machines weren't printing. Waited 10 minutes only for the machine to not work. Worker said they couldn't help and suggest I pay .35 a minute to use the computer. The computer runs slow. So by the time, I wouldn't found what I was looking for my money would've ran out on the computer. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone. Try somewhere else. This place is terrible.

A bit farther than the St. Charles location, I still visit this location relatively frequently. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly. Very convenient if you’re at the convention center or staying at one of the nearby hotels (e.g. Hyatt Place).
