Hello there! I'm visiting New Orleans from Las Vegas, needed assistance with getting last minute advertisement flyers asap... Logan and Larry assist me with creating them within an reasonable amount of time and they were amazing!!! I highly recommend this location! Happy Customer!

Have used this branch dozens of times: clean, efficient, friendly. Competent manager. The only issue that has come up several times is that the service staff forgot to press print on the customs forms that go with international fedex packages, causing us a huge delay each time by having to fill out the forms by hand after the package was already rung up. Last time this happened, the lady didn't even offer an apology. It was her mistake... she remained stone-cold. But she was a new staff member. Some of the longer-standing employees are sincerely warm and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Stock could have been organised a little bit better.

World's worst customer service. I stood in line at the desk for 10 minutes, without even getting acknowledged by the staff, who were just standing around behind the counter.

They always greet you when you come in. The new layout is perfect since I mostly print 8.5x11 or 11x17 from a thumb drive. Scanning requies using a design station and takes too long. They are very helpful in packing and shipping.
