FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Parking is difficult, but still the closest fedex. I finally found a parking spot a half mile away, but I got there a couple minutes before they closed. They made 3 good copies for me cheerfully enough.

Okay service. Come here regularly, and sometimes they aren't even open around 9 when their hours state earlier hours. They never pick up their phone either so beware bad customer service.

Grossly understaffed. If you plan on coming to this location, be prepared to wait. There is always a line with one person working. When you eventually make it to the counter, the staff is nice helpful. They just need help. Get them some help, FedEx. This is a downtown location.

Loved the machines. Simple, easy to use, and cheap. I think people who say the advertised services don't work here don't know how to use the printers. They are a bit hard to learn at first, but then they're easy if you just use the pad and follow the instructions....the people next to me had some trouble though. I'll be back for sure!

Customer service was beyond terrible. I kept explaining that their server was down and giving me error codes to print. Instead of resolving my issue, this lazy, worthless employee kept telling me to just try it again and eventually it may work.... seriously!?!
