WARNING: poor customer service experience referenced below
I checked online before coming to this location to print a parking pass for the Bolder Boulder tomorrow (their online page says they are open until 8 on Sunday). I pulled up at 5:55PM-phew, I am going to get this thing printed! WHAM-a customer is leaving the store and says “You better hurry up, the guy already yelled at me. They close at 6.” I walk in and cross my fingers that they can help me print 1 page before closing. I walk in... and am immediately “greeted” by Eric who says “We close in 4 minutes.” I mean, I get it, we all want to go home when our shift is over, however working in customer service means you greet customers with a smile and offer to help them, as they are the reason why your store makes money.
I then said, “Okay, online it says you guys close at 8, the manager may want to update that. Could I print from my email on those computers?”-points to row of computers.
Eric then replies “Yes, but not in 4-minutes.”
I mean... could you be more rude?
But yes, there is more.
I replied, “Ok, well I’m going to try, I really need this printed.” Eric then walks behind the counter and TURNS OFF THE LIGHTS while I am sitting on the computer (the time is 5:57PM). I stood up, left, and am currently in the car writing this review. Wow, I mean, I have received poor customer service before, but never so RUDE!

As efficiency goes, my attempt to give this location was highly unsuccessful. I stood in line (4th person in line). And I know lines are part of the business, however, when I'm making eye contact with the 2 employees strictly packing, they decided that there wasn't any urgency for helping the customers in line. There was ONE gentleman trying to help 4 people in line while 3 people say by and didn't do their job by helping paying customers. It's not that hard of a concept. I personally have worked in ups stores for 7 years so I understand the business in and ito and was extremely dissatisfied that I didn't even finish the quick box purchase I was trying to do.

I went in because of all the recent good reviews. Don’t know why they are there. I had an awful experience here. From the moment we walked in the employee was very rude. I printed out the address I needed to ship my package to because it was a bit complicated (it involved a serial number ATTN needed for a manufacturer), and he refused to read the address. Instead, he made me read the address to him and became downright rude when he couldn’t get it typed in correctly. I tried to make their job easier. I was friendly, prepared, and even remained friendly after I was met with rudeness multiple times to no avail. I even went during off hours when it wasn’t busy. Maybe the other people are nicer, but my experience was worse than a trip to the post office - and way more expensive.
I definitely won’t be back.

has to be one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I walked in and Eric (i believe that was his name i have his employee ID) helped me and at first he seemed nice but then talking to him i could barely hear him because he wasn’t clear at all..I asked him several times “sorry what?” and his attitude got a lot worse and worse and then he said that my package wasn’t “properly packed” and he’d re pack it in front of me but he didn’t even do it and said “next time there will be a charge if you’re gonna do this don’t come to us” I was like okay understandable but I’ve never had a problem with my packaging and then he said the package would get there by Monday at 4:30 and I NEED IT TO MY DESTINATION BY FRIDAY and said I would pay the extra for overnight and he refused even though my label said it would get there Friday. He didn’t inform me of that until the VERY END. Worse experience I have ever had anywhere at all I’m very upset at the fact my package won’t get there when I need it to be and upset that he was just SO rude so so rude and wouldn’t let me upgrade it to overnight. I really hope he doesn’t repackage it for me and go through my package or I will be calling corporate. I never write reviews about any place because I understand everyone is human and some people could be having a hard day but Eric was flat out rude and made me feel very uncomfortable I will NEVER return to this location again. Ps I had my label and everything ready to go and he kept making changes to it and that’s what ticked me off the most

I went to this location to print about 60 papers in color ink and since the ink was running low and the quality wasn't that great, I asked an employee if they could help. Sarah was extremely helpful and refunded my computer time and the papers that printed that were low quality. She then printed my papers at her printer on a much thicker paper and they looked great! AND she gave me a huge discount on those as well! Thank you Sarah!!!
