FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I shop here often. I processed a print order from the FedEx Office app on my iPhone. The order was ready in under 20 minutes (is was a small order, but still at a peak time of 12:30). Staff is helpful and there are plenty of self serve printers, copiers, and workstation computers for customers to use for quick service.

I'm sitting in my manufactured home and no one knocks or blows, I would have heard it. My insurance man comes about fifteen minutes afterwards and knocks. I heard him!! Why is that? It's because he didn't knock. He left a tag on my screen door. Not on the inside door. The screen door was unlocked because I was expecting this wheel for my Harley Davidson!!! Get out and knock!! I work for the postal system, if you blow and you don't see an animal, you get out and make sure you knock!! He never attempted to deliver, he just put the door tag on the outside of the screen door and left!! That's not good business!! Then he goes back to Mobile!! I never try to give bad reviews because I work for the postal system but DO YOUR JOB!!!!! Especially, if I'm sitting and waiting. Just because you pull up in the yard and no one knows you're out there does NOT constitute you doing your job!! KNOCK AND SOMEONE WILL HEAR YOU!! Thank you!!

Only one person in the store at 4 pm. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes just to send a package.
