The UPS Store

Be prepared to pay $$$. I brought my own tape to pack my boxes, and they never offered for me to pack them myself. I even told the girl I had my own tape. The total seemed very high, but I paid it and then looked at my receipt and saw the charge for both boxes for packing. Unfortunately, I had to spend an extra $12 for them to pack 2 small boxes when I was planning on doing it myself. I asked the girl to confirm that is what is was. I wish I had stuck with my gut and done insisted on taking care of packing them myself. I will not return to this location.

Beth and Demaris were extremely helpful to me today. I had not had much experience with UPS before today but I am grateful for the care and consideration they gave me. From now on your company will be my first thought when I need one of your services.

Very rude! We always use UPS because my husband retired as a manger from UPS. But when we are in Gulf Shores, AL ,we will use another carrier . Extremely rude and there was absolutely no reason to be hateful! Shame on you!

As others have commented, the service is awful and downright rude. Sarah, the manager is the worst. There is no need to bark at and order a customer around. Likwise, it is highly unprofessional to throw a customer's package across the counter. I have been a UPS Store (Mail Boxes Etc before UPS) customer for 17 years in SC. I know it doesn't have to be this way to get your mail and packages.

Left an item at a hotel while on vacation and contacted UPS location for information regarding shipping costs. I felt as if I had to beg the woman I spoke with to give me an estimated shipping total. Although she gave me information, it was not in a friendly or helpful manor. Crumby end to a great vacation.
