FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I am truly disappointed in my experience at this location. I go to FedEx Office and FedEx Ship Centers on a fairly regular basis throughout the United States as I have to ship things from event to event. My experiences at this location are either middle-of-the-road or just bad. The only one that really has been worse is the location that you have on the East Side of Milwaukee. Today, I went to this location on Wisconsin Ave to ship an asset being gifted, next week, and was not only disappointed, but so upset that I almost walked out. There were three FedEx employees in the store and somebody who appeared to be a contractor when I arrived. There was also one customer who was being helped by one employee (Logan). The other two employees (Riley and Amanda) walked by and just looked at me rather than helping or greeting me. I had to wait a notable amount of time while being ignored by two employees who clearly weren't helping. Once I finally got help from Logan, he required assistance and asked for help from Riley--who advised giving me a notably larger box than the product being shipped. However, Logan wasn't able to set it up all on his own, so he asked Amanda for help. She helped him assemble the box, but I was concerned that she was going to damage the asset, so I mentioned (again) that it was a foam core board after it was already told to Logan. She responded by saying, "This is my job" and "We have a money back guarantee." I am not trying to have to replace the item or deal with a damaged product. Also, if this is your job, it's my expectation that I'm treated in a respectful manner.

Worst service of hundreds of FedEx Kinko's across the country and around the world in two decades of business travel Staff apparently dined on baskets of fried cheese curds enjoyed brewskis on break appeared comatose fortunately legal briefs made it to Chicago in the nick of time thanks to the driver who waited for employees to figure out how to input shipping info zero out of 10 Stars

Not recommend this way to send packages take tooo many days

We always pick up packages from here. They're always organized and helpful.

Broken Printers, extremely hesitant to except cash as form of payment. Friendly staff but ultimately unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I recommend going anywhere else.
