My friends are getting married and we had made them a computer tower set so they can play games together. Last min. We decided to give it to them earlier than expected and I designed special decals... forgot to save them. Day of, I asked fedex to see if there was any way to get them done. Originally they said it would take at least 1 day. I got a call right as I was leaving to pick up the bride and groom to be, saying the order was completed, same day! It was wonderful. James and another super awesome employee did everything they could. Amazing service!

I went to this FedEx store and asked them to e-mail three pages to someone. They said that they couldn't do it because that would require "full service" and they don't offer "full service" for that type of request. So I went to the UPS store instead. UPS e-mailed the documents in about 30 seconds and charged me $1 per page. I wasted my time at FedEx.
