Overpriced for the services provided. If you need to just drop off a package for pick up you won't get charged. My suggestion is use usps it will be cheaper.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you enjoy having a worker punch your package to check if the tape will hold then come here. If you'd like a worker to violently shake your package to make sure it is packed per the FedEx standards then you really need to come here. If you like visiting a place which is drastically understaffed, has long lines and only rude, smug workers this is the place. If you like getting charged significantly more for shipping, packaging and tape then come here. I'd rather have food poisoning and be stuck on a plane than have to set foot in this building ever again. There are other locations very near by that ship Fedex and other carriers which have better service. Dont walk away from this place, run as fast as you can.

The WORST... Had a package on hold at this location. About a 3/4 minutes tops to pick up. One clerk already doing a big project for someone else. Asks what I need, and I tell her package pick up. Instead of excusing herself for 3 minutes and giving m me my box, I'm told to come back later... So I end up waiting 25 minutes before she's done and hands me my box along with a nice dose of attitude... Make me wait around, then give me attitude... Priceless. Place needs more. or better staff...

Went in there today to return an item to a company. There was some problems with it om my side of it and Emily went above and beyond to help get it straightened out. KUDOS! Finally found another place where customer service is still alive

Run away while you still can! Every employee here will shake your packages vigorously in an effort to sell you more packing materials. I run a local business manufacturing yard games, many that include dice. Dice will move around in their packaging no matter what! Have you ever bought a board game? Shake it...the dice move and make noise! When these employees hear that, LORD HAVE MERCY! Your package is too loose to ship and they'll cut open OEM product packaging (that can't legally be opened by anyone but the consumer) to add packing materials and they'll charge you $4 per package to do so! My company sells and ships 70+ of our games weekly and no other FedEx store will do this. Next time you go buy a board game, remember! Don't ship it here. They will cut open the packaging of the sealed product (ruining it) and charge you $4 to do it. What a sham!
