FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Okay place. Staff appeared to know what their jobs are and executed as expected. Equipment was in working order. All expectations were met.

Ordered documents for printing online. They had them done about an hour before scheduled, was able to pick up early. Easy in and out.

Friendly customer service and convenient location. However, we reuse our boxes at work and everytime I use this facility they up-charge me to repackage my shipment. Doubling the cost of the original shipment. Especially if it is last minute and I have no real choice if it needs to ship. I have never had this problem with UPS. I am having a hard time wanting to come back to FedEx for my last second shipments.

I go to this place almost every day for work. The staff are friendly and prompt to take care of my packages. Not that I have a choice, but I would definitely come here again.

I went to this location to print all my Save the Dates for my upcoming wedding, but the colors were printing strangely dark. The colors should have been 10% gray and a light blue, but they all came out turquoise. I called the worker over, a blonde guy named Jessie, and said that I thought something was wrong with the ink in the printers. He said, "That's not possible. The printers are calibrated every morning." I said, "Well look at how it's printing. This isn't how it's supposed to print." I showed him the paper in my hand that had just printed and the image on the screen. He said, "The colors on the screen are how it looks on your computer, but they won't necessarily print like that." I was like, "What? What do you mean? They're obviously nothing alike. Something is wrong with the printer." He didn't check the printer in any way. Didn't call a manager for assistance. Didn't offer to print a copy from a different printer. Nothing. He looked at me and said, "It's a problem with your computer, not our printer. There's nothing I can do to help you," and he walked away! So I went to Office Depot down the block where they have trained customer service employees. The woman who helped me actually printed everything for me and did a test copy at no charge to make sure it's how I wanted it to look. They printed exactly how they were supposed to; the colors were correct and beautiful. I'm never going back to FedEx for anything ever again. I managed to get all of my Save the Dates printed at Office Depot, which is also where I bought all the envelopes and fancy paper. I'll be going back to Office Depot to print all of my wedding invitations, too.
