I am only giving one star because ZERO wasn't an option. For the second day, FedEx has failed to deliver my package even though I HAVE BEEN HOME BOTH DAYS. Yesterday, they never showed up, Video feed confirms this and today they showed up, sat in my drive way for 2 minutes, NEVER GOT OUT OF THE VAN and drove off. Then they had the nerve to send me an email saying I wasn't there to receive the package and I could drive to Ontario to pick it up between 6:30 and 7:00. I checked the video footage, and that's when I discovered they never even got out of the van. Do they expect me to wait all day in the driveway so they can hand me the package? And when I called customer service to complain, the only response I got was "We will try again tomorrow. Will someone be there to receive the package?"... UNBELIEVABLE. How is this company still in business? From now on when I need to have something shipped , I will ask to see who will be delivering it. If the answer is FedEx, I'll pass.
I was waiting for my new phone all day yesterday and I noticed that the tracking changed to delay. First I thought it was a delay on the transit but when I scrolled down it said delivery attempted at 2:36pm. I was home all day sitting in my couch down stairs. I look through the ring camera and saw that the delivery guy came up to my porch and left without even knocking or ringing the doorbell. I called the customer service all they said was they can REQUEST to redeliver same day but not 100% guaranteed or I have to pick it up myself after 6pm. I had to leave the house at 4:30 for my daughter's tennis lesson to oc so I was going to have my brother that lives near by pick it up but they said ONLY the person with the name on the package can pick it up. FEDEX HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good ol bonehead Fed Ex!! A driver was supposed to pick up packages of my residence and twice the idiots did not show up so you know what I think of that! I'll choose UPS any day!!
It's impossible to get a hold of someone with their automated system, They left the door tag with the estimated delivery time. I was here before the estimated delivery time and there was already a new door tag outside of the hours they were supposed to deliver. They are the worst.
Workers here have absolutely no morale. Got my brand new phone stolen. It somehow disappeared from their system.
Worst shipping service I have ever used. They have "lost" several packages I have shipped and they have 0 urgency to help track them down. This company is a joke. I have paid for overnight shipping several times and the packages dont show up for days if they get delivered at all. They blame it on "short staff". Maybe they dont have enough employees because they are a terrible company.
Terrible service from an inefficient poorly run bloated organization. They take a long time to pull your package from the back and make you wait like a govt run enterprise. Like standing in line at the DMV. Their new equipment doesn't run; their drivers can't understand instructions. Just a terrible experience.
I wanted to mark ZERO points because FEDEX IS DISHOHEST COMPANY! I was waiting for delivery very expensive package and I was at home 3 days in a row. I am responsible and reliable person and I checked my phone regularly and status of delivery. Nobody called me, nobody knocked my door, and nobody sent me any alerts or text messages also nobody left stickers from FEDEX. The representative of FedEx just created false notification “Customer not available or business closed”. I even negotiated beforehand with manager of my complex about printed notification which I attached to the central entrance of building FEDEX!!! I AM AT HOME! PLEASE CALL TO +XXX-XXX-XXXX Thank you. And in the last day of delivery in the evening I was on the street in the time of delivery because I was preparing to visit garage and I did ‘not see a postman of FEDEX but somebody reported that at 06:25 pm visited me. As a matter of fact, this is absolutely deception of customer!!! Nobody arrived to indicated time because I was walking very close near main gate. I also ordered again beforehand text message notifications about delivery of my package and system sent nothing. FEDEX is LIARS and they have awful service of delivery with postal worker! The next day 04/06/2019 I had to wake up very early on Saturday with 2 kids and had to visit this FedEx office in Ontario for pick upping my expensive parcel. Because if I will not visit the facility, I will not receive my merchandise. I was lucky that my commodity left in the office and I obtained it but I spent my time for the road and my rest was spoiled. Many people, which I know, say that FEDEX has a lot of complaints and negative experience with clients. Currently I do not have any doubts about rotten reputation of this FEDEX department. I decided to share my impressions and no longer want to work with them. In my point of view, FEDEX is nasty organization! Disgusting situation.
Bad Service ever, only accept 5 packages for drop off per person ? If you got more than five please bring a friend come together and let your friend bring the rest of the packages , how funny the rules ??? The staff saw me use self scanner scan all the packages when I finish all my packages and told me only accept 5 pieces , why don’t tell me early ???
The worst customer service I have experienced. And the workers are slow, rude, and clueless. Clueless. I waited in a long line with only two workers At the counter
