I've had great experiences at this location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. In sending a document to be printed here, once I was in the car with document in hand I noticed an error on the document I emailed. Which resulted in me having to go back into the store have them correct MY error and reprint for me. I appreciate the customer service and patience.
Paid $77 to ship a box only for it to get returned! I asked if my box was good to reuse, and they said yes, THEY EVEN TAPED IT FOR ME. A label from previous shipment classified it as hazardous materials. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING, after they closed it for me! When the box was returned they offered a 20% discount to resend it… 20%! What a joke!
Use this location for my UPS needs which is usually Amazon returns. They are always pleasant and quick.
I have always had a great experience doing business here. My mail is handled and my packages are taken care with proficiency. I have never had a bad experience while doing business there. Nearly perfect!
Go there regularly for work and never have any problems with the experience. What I notice from the many times I wait in line is issues arise for non-regular shippers which is normal because many times it is a complicated process with all the options, regulations, materials needed and so on. If you can do do it from home online, create your labels and prepare you packages there too and just drop it off at the store the experience is much more easier, pleasant and less expensive and you won't leave the store grinding your teeth.
My packages never get delivered on time. 99% of my packages have been rescheduled two to three times. The UPS drivers will drive past my house or around my neighborhood. I get an attempted delivery notice even though there was never an attempt. I call customer service and the literally tell me there is nothing they can do, that their hands are tied. Customer services says they send a notice to the warehouse so that they can contact me in an hour, and they never do. UPS is the worst delivery service. I can't even have my packages ready for pick up on the same day. They can have them ready for pick up in two to three days. If there was negative star ratings they would be negative five stars
I dropped off an international package with copies of the commercial invoice today. The girls that were working their assured me that they would attach the invoice to the package. I should have watched them attach it because within 7 hours I received an email from UPS that the package was missing the commercial invoices. Girls, really? Now this package will be delayed and not arrive in time. Thanks for making things difficult and delaying my package. Hope you had better things to do on your phone than do your job.
My girlfriend has been getting her packages from ULTA and Sephora stolen by them saying it's been delivered at an earlier time than the notification sent to her 3 hours later.
I don't ship everyday so I brought a box of items in to ship. I needed a much smaller box like 5x5x5 this store wanted $10.00 for just the box!!! I went across the street and purchased the same box for $1.09, it cost me $9.70 to buy the box, have them pack my items and tape the box shut and ship it including tax! Plus a much better attitude across the street!
These guys are liars, scammers. I had a package lost and it’s been SIX months. I haven’t get my money back. I’ve call them more than twenty times. Every time they have excuses and said the money will be ready next week. It is extremely frustrating to deal with them. Try Fedex or USPS
