The hours have changed. Only available M-F until 2pm. Guessing impacts from COVID? Less staff
Friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to find my package, also nice that it's open until 8 p.m.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice. 5 stars to you ladies great job.
Worst customer sevice. Package delivery was delayed 3 times. When calling customer service, it's difficult to get connected to a representative. Then, the customer service rep couldn't even provide the reason for the delays and unable to track drivers to get an updated ETA. DO NOT use UPS as your delivery service provider.
