Wonderful experience for a quick turn business need. The owner was able to build a custom box for my 50lbs of custom metal fixtures to next day air to my vendor in Indiana, two hours before FedEx cut-off. He was friendly, kind and jovial. I was in the store for about an hour so I got to see first hand his interactions with multiple customers--and I could see how much respect and appreciation his regulars have for him and the services he provides. He's attentive--he sees a regular and retrieved his package before the regular could say anything. I can't speak highly enough of the service for my unique set of circumstances.

Rude representative. Wanted me to wait in line after I already had been line for a period after he wanted me to affix a label. He also wanted me to leave my packages without a confirmation receipt. He only gave me confirmation for the FedEx package. Never again. Eastvale Postal Annex I shall I return my business!

Well this store feels a little worn down but the people are great! I wanted to ship an umbrella and it felt like too much so I left and went to the post office just to find I save a whole dollar. So I went back today and purchased a box, had it packed and shipped for less then UPS Store across the street wanted for just the box. I do recommend this place it's worth the dollar or two to have the right service in a small Mom and Pop business.

Apparently, 1 leaf of bubble wrap is $1 at this establishment. Smh. I wish you were more creative with your thieving ways. Hide your money and starve these guys from your hard earned dollars. I just went in to get some bubble wrap and the associate had the audacity to tell me that since it is expensive. Same material at Home Depot costs $16 for 300 leafs. Sad

Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. I’ve had them for about 10 years and quality of service has been consistently great.

A little more expensive than post office, but you're paying for convenience! customer service could improve, but adequate.

I've been using them for my postal needs for over a decade nice family.

This place is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
