We took our dog for the self service wash. $15 isn't bad but it was really gross in there. I thought they would somewhat spray each stall or something... there were used towels lying around and dog hair everywhere. I get it, people take their dogs there to clean them, but come on.... it was just bad.

Feeders Supply always has what i need for my animals at reasonable prices. Their selection is extensive and their staff friendly. Some of these locations have store cats that just laze around the store and you can pet them. It's awesome

This store has the best customer service. All the employees go out of their way to help customers. The store is clean and shelves are neat. Fish dept is awesome. Elizabeth is a great fish supervisor. All employees are knowledgeable.

The people working were all very helpful. I had to buy some pet CBD and wasn't sure it was going to work. They allowed me to use it on my cats and if it didn't work I could return it with a receipt. Even though it was used. Nowhere else would let you do that

Bathtime without the mess at home or hurting my back I don't bend like I used to! Of course I was more excited than she was. ; Area and equipment were clean and well maintained, with a note saying that they're doing extra sanitizing between clients due to Covid–19. Blow dryer was at a nice cool temp while being powerful enough to get the job done, yet quiet enough not to bother Herself. I really like that this location has separate cubicles with gates see second pic for each tub instead of an open area with multiple tubs. If your pup or you! is super shy, nervous, reactive, etc, I highly recommend this location because of this. The only downsides were the condition the aprons were in—ties on one were so knotted as to be unusable, while the other had a lot of stitching pulled out, meaning the top of the apron sort of flopped around, not giving the coverage it should have—and having to hunt through all the stalls to find the shampoo I needed. The latter would have been a real pain if I wasn't the only person in there at the time. Both are things that management could easily rectify. All in all it was a positive experience—and Grey thought the after-bath chicken foot was great—and we'll definitely be going back.

Friendly& helpful staff! Love that you can bring food back to exchange if your baby doesn't like it. Highly recommended location.

This review is based solely on the dog wash. I used to love taking the dog here to clean her up in the dog wash. It was generally kept very clean and they had multiple choices for shampoo including flea shampoo. Well the shampoo choices stopped a couple years ago. Disappointing but still a great place to wash your dog. The last couple of trips have been bad though. Not one stall clean. Hair everywhere. Smells like wet dogs. Stuff on racks dirty and in disarray. I'm now building my own dog wash for summer use so I can avoid this one. Hint - If you do use this facility, look in different stalls for the possibility of different dog cleaning products. They don't keep them all stocked the same and stuff gets moved around.

Very friendly staff. Takes too much money to earn a 10% off coupon. You only get 1 point per $1 spent. You have to earn 600 points to get the coupon.

I took my Rottweiler for a bath and we love it so covenant for the cold weather and she loves it too
