Customer service sucks. On the phone: Inquiry? Don't even bother--pretty rude, ignores and talks over you. In-store: some associates will act stuck-up towards you and don't seem to have the patience to answer your questions.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGER! WAITED FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME FOR 10 MINUTES FINALLY HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER FOR HELP. FOUND A PAIR I WANTED AND SHE COULDNT EVEN FIND THE LEFT SHOE TO MAKE A PAIR! TERRIBLE!!!!
