Az-Tex Hat Company

I hate to write a bad review but I had a very poor experience with this company unfortunately. I ordered a hat 2 weeks in advance of a family members birthday and was told that I would most likely receive it the Friday before or latest the Monday before the birthday that lands on Wednesday. I even offered to pay extra to expedite the process and shipping but was told that it was not necessary. After being reassured that the hat would arrive on time, I was told on the Friday before the birthday that it was "delayed" and that the latest I would have it was that Monday or Tuesday. I followed up that call on Monday and AZ-Tex told me it was going out that day and I would receive it the day of the birthday by the end of the day. The company even gave me the tracking number they purchased that day. It is now Tuesday and the Tracking of the package states that the hat will arrive on Thursday by the end of the day. A FULL day AFTER the birthday. When I called UPS to see what the problem was, UPS told me that AZ-Tex did not get the package to them until Tuesday afternoon and that there is no way to speed the delivery up. I have called AZ-Tex multiple times today and left a message and have not had my call returned. I am quiet upset at this point and was driven to write a review. If you order from them I hope you have a better experience.

I recently ordered and received the Kenny Chesney Palm leaf hat. First of all, I am very impressed by its quality, shape and size! I was very concerned with it fitting and it fits perfectly. Thank you!

Great hats of all types. This is not a touristy, cheap knock-off sort of a place, but the real deal. Slightly intense sales staff, but she definitely knew what she was doing. If you want a good quality Bailey, Stetson or other hat of any style, this is the place to go!
