Soooo, I was told by “kassidy” the manager, a very bullish lady with a smug attitude. That these shoes had in fact been worn more than 2 days at school and that she could do nothing. From the rude children that they have working up front to the “management” to the second hand Jordan’s they sell, AVOID this place. Their return policy leaves everything up to the their discretion. So I have a feeling this would go for all defective shoes.

Christian and Jay were so great. I was trying to get a pair of shoes for my boyfriend without knowing much about men shoes. Christian explained all the perks of the different shoe options and was really nice about the whole interaction. Jay was super nice when I cashed out Definitely coming back!!

Staff is extremely rude their customer service is so bad. Where do they find these people at? I was told I could not retuned my shoes because I didn't want to give them my email? I brought in a receipt and the shoes not even tried on. I called costumer service and waiting to hear back from them. Their "manager" Christian needs to be re trained along with the whole staff.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I know other people that shopped there and they are talking about their nightmare experience as well. Never ever again!!!!!!!!!

There was a rude worker named eguine he was very rude and had an attitude when I asked him if he had a shoe in a specific size the management their is very poor and the workers are very rude.

Worst store ever. They do have a good selection but because of how insanely rude the staff is we will never go there again. We've been before and my husband put back a pair of retro 6's that he really wanted that were sold out everywhere, just because of how rude they were. I had to buy a pair of shoes there because they were sold out everywhere else and it was a birthday present but , you shouldn't feel angry about spending your money at a store when you leave. This location is trash. They will literally mug you, look you up and down and not address youwhile 5 of them are in a circle doing absolutely nothing. Never ever again.

Horrible customer service, very rude and never smile. They backdoor all big release sneakers to their friends. They Won’t even greet you unless you say something first.

Christian the head manager was very unprofessional and had an attitude when I came in to get my shoes that I won from the raffle. Told me to come back later because I came to the store with my friends and wasn’t allowed to “come in a group”. Came back later and he was still very rude about giving my shoes that I won. I didn’t even think he want to give me them. There should be a new head manager who actually cares about customers instead of just bossing their employees around.

Me, my 3yr old and fiance went in to get a few pairs of shoes for my son and was never greeted or even asked what size we needed. I saw about 5 employees. Just standing around talking and saw a young guy and asked for my son's size and he said he was going to get them but never came back we left and didn't buy anything this was the worst customer service !!!!

Went in to get shoes for my two daughters, walked in and no greeting, found some shoes and wanted to try them on my kids, seen two workers standing by the register had to go up there and ask for some sizes, they seem like they don't want to work ,won't ask you if you need a size,won't ask if you want to order or anything, the customer service was bad and I remembered the girl working talking about a customer who called for some shoes and this worker was cussing talking about a customer, the workers name was jasmine. Bottom line why have these people working if they have this kind of work ethic I won't be back in. The company is loosing alot of business because of the staff.
