Fiorella’s is easily number one restaurant to visit while I’m in Nee Orleans. I discovered this little gem prior to it burning down and I’ve made it my business to visit whenever I am in New Orleans. I couldn’t go a few times due to the fire and remodel. I will say that it is now beautiful. Prior to the fire, one would have been scared to eat at Fiorella’s. However, the look didn’t scare me off at all bc a few locals recommended this place to me. They now have upstairs and balcony seating. Steven pictured, is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He’s so calm, distinguished, and CLASSY! He really possessed an old school class that I appreciate. The chicken is delicious! I always get the chicken when I go... always! My nephew opted for the bbq shrimp and grits and they were heavenly. The grits were cooked to perfection! They also have $5 drinks. I had the Long Island and my sister has the Bloody Mary.. they were good and strong. My brother in law had the crawfish Bloody Mary which was $10 might have been a special. Anyone visiting New Orleans should most definitely eat at Fiorella’s and request to be seated in Steven’s area - its an experience.
This is a small but really nice bistro with a great charm. The service is quick, entertaining and attentive. We had the poboy and some homemade lemonade. The poboy was delicious but completely out competent by the lemonade. If you go there take a bite of something, I bet everything is good. But I really recommend to get some of that awesome lemonade
The food was delicious and fairly priced with good portions! Our server was so sweet, we originally were coming in just to have a few drinks and get out of a random storm that had snuck up, but we ended up getting full meals anyways. I'm glad we did, definitely the best place we ate this time in NOLA!
A place in the quarter near the French market that I always love to visit. My favorite dish is their fried chicken. You have to wait a little while for your food, but it is so worth the wait. Definitely recommend.
Escoffier Master Chef Yazz delivers the best of New Orleans favorites fused with yesterday's culinary excellence at a surprisingly reasonable price.
This place has awesome food and a quiet atmosphere. I got the seafood gumbo and it was outstanding. Restrooms are super clean. Not great for big groups, they don't really split checks.
People weren’t joking, that is some delicious fried chicken. Derek and the staff were friendly and fast. Thanks :
If you go on line to look at a menu and go to a restaurant for a specific dish and it’s not available ,it’s very disappointing. We actually left Fiorella’s one night after looking at the menu on line and going there for a dish that isn’t available on their new menu ..which isn’t posted on line. Finally, after several trips hoping that some of the dishes from the previous menu were available , we ask.. because we don’t eat fried food very often and the dishes on the previous menu were so good. I’m sure there are a lot of people that are looking for the same option. The bartender was so nice and helpful and assured us that the chef could prepare the dishes that we wanted. All of the food is good. The grilled oysters are so good. The fried chicken is delicious, but if we had not ask..we never would have had the gulf fish cardinal which is absolutely amazing. It was one of the best meals we have had in the quarter and we have eaten many places. The hanger steak is also very good. Thank you so much for preparing these for us! More than once now! Thank you for being so nice. Please add these and more dishes like these to the menu again for those of us that want a really good grilled fish or steak. These are really missed on the new menu.
This placebis amazing. I went for a day drinking the weekend and had the entire upstairs to myself and decided to eat in the terrace. I highly recommend the berry mojito or the bloody Mary!
They say they have the best fried chicken and it was the best we had during our trip. It was very nicely seasoned, moist, perfectly crispy and very well priced. The seasoned veggies cooked in white wine were also fab and our server, Joel, was fantastic. He was fine dining attentive and the service was quick. The decor was lovely. I couldn't stop admiring all the light fixtures. Unfortunately I can't give a five star because my partner, who had the blueberry mint julep, said it was only ok. They really didn't have very many choices of sides at all. Also we unfortunately saw the other server that night package a tables left overs with his bare hands. As a former server that's a big no no.
