Firehouse Subs

I am not a fan. As I firefighter I really wanted to be but I'm not. I personally feel like the sandwiches are overpriced. They do have some good sandwiches but to me I'd rather find a different sandwich shop. The location is clean and we'll kept and the staff was friendly. But for me I would recommend taking another minute for somewhere else.

The Vivian road location is terrible. I will never go back. My husband and I waited and hour for two subs. When we got home my sub had no meat on it. There were bugs all over the resteraunt and the water came out of the machine brown. I’m surprised the heath department has kept them open. I will drive out of my way to the Barry road location where they are friendly and fast. I will not return to the Vivian road location even if it was the last place on earth to eat

Prompt service, well spoken customer service attendants. Food was made just like I ordered, packaged nearly, and quickly. Restaurant is very clean and well kept.

They generally do a good job of making sandwiches and it's not too expensive.

The food was good and the service fine, but it's awfully expensive for what you get. Also, ALL their subs come with cheese by default (even the so-called "build your own"), yet they don't advertise that, nor do they list it on the sign that shows standard toppings. I have a dairy allergy and didn't find this out until the sub was served to me, and they were nice about it and remade it, but meanwhile my date's food got cold. Would rather have Subway for how complicated ordering what I wanted and actually getting it turned out to be. We won't be going back.
