wow... gotta give it 5 stars. Great Sandwiches. Honestly it is hard to believe this is a chain. I had the A-Wreck and it was honestly so good. You have to go here. It is one of the only AFFORDABLE but still good cuisine down in the Plaza. Also great atmosphere. I recommend

Worst experience ever.. the older guy working there was so rude the second I came in, did not greet me and said what do you want. I order a turkey sandwich with extra turkey and I had to repeat my self 4 times and he still did not put it on and wanted me to charge me extra after he already charged me the first time.. I told him he would listen more to his costumers and he got upset and told me he was not going to serve me and took all my food away.. I don't know if it's a racial thing but I did not like his attitude at all send he opens his mouth to talk.. it may have good food or what ever but the costumer service was horrible I will never go to that place again.

The older lady there was so rude. The food was okay. My friend got the chicken put pie soup and it was good.

Went there today with my boyfriend to basically kill some time before i had to leave. I had every intention of making a purchace but was trying to decide what i wanted. My boyfried and i sat in the very back so that he may also charge his phone so when it came time for him to order his lyft his phone wouldnt be dead. Now we had already been there at least 30 mins and i was just about to go and order something when the older man with the glasses who wears a brown Potbelly shirt was opening the middle doors to air out the place cause something got caught in the oven and started smoking. He then proceeded over to my table and told us in a very crappy attitude that he cant just sit there charging the phone without making a purchase. I understand its probably in the policy but there was no need for his attitude. Plus i witnessed him going on a smoke break and returning without washing his hands and he smelled of cigarettes! The place is always a mess when i come to the plaza with crumbs all over the floor, chairs, tables. I absolutely love Potbelly and used to work for one in Chicago but because of this incident i will not be returning and neither will my boyfriend. Word of mouth travels!
