The promise is fresh fast and friendly. Fresh I will say is a hit. Fast is relevant but could easily be perceived as slow. Friendly is the big miss here. Having said all that it is good food and an uninterested staff

Not a bad place. Kind of like Subway🥪🥙. Nice that they show the calories and such haha. They do it in an assembly line. It’s not bad. Above average. Not much else to say TBH.

A disaster,  cover for deli meat broken. I actually held it up so dude could make my sandwich,  they were out of turkey. (HOW is that possible at a sandwich place) We were 2 of 5 people in the place and they could not keep up.  I don't blame the workers, they were doing their best...appears to be a GM issue. Ps: the $195 giant check donation to grade school on wall next to $2200 donation to SMN football made me laugh
