Potbelly Sandwich Shop

What a delightful surprise of a shop. Cute and tasteful deco/architecture, great space for chilling out and relaxing. We ordered the Uptown Chicken Salad, absolutely delicious. And because I mentioned I had never been in a Potbelly before, I got a cookie on the house! First timers, keep this in mind. 😋And the cookie, oh my, exactly how I most enjoy them...soft, gooey chocolate chips with just a bit of crunch on the outside!

Our service was good for a while until the staffed was swapped out a few times and we have officially stopped going here due to a lack in professionalism, quality and speed. We always ordered via phone but on a few occasions we walked in and our last visit was with what I hope were two brand new employees who took our order just fine then proceeded to make them and messed up the order twice. Asking us to confirm what we originally asked for before even telling us they messed up, we were just waiting forever. After the second mistake the manager stepped out to complete the order and found that they still made it incorrectly and 45+ minutes later I just took what they made. I was offered a refund by the manager to make up for the nearly hour long wait, he said it wouldn't come in immediately but after a few weeks I never saw any refund. I asked support via email but they never replied either, I didn't care enough to pursue it.

Decent food for a decent price. Pretty fast too. Great for lunch break.

Go to national chain for hot, fresh, made to order subs/flats. Expect crowds but staff keeps things moving. Grab a shake for special treat.

I came here for the first time for lunch with work. The sandwich shop has all the classic favorites and some unique combinations. I got a sandwich and soup combo. It was very good and prepared quickly. If you need a hearty meal this place will not disappoint.
