Potbelly Sandwich Shop

As far as Potbelly's in general go, they are great toasted sub shops. The ingredients are fresh and zesty, and they don't usually skimp you on toppings. However, this specific Potbelly's location didn't impress me too much, the biggest reason being service. It took a bit to get my food, which normally I wouldn't mind, but it all got cold before it finally got to me. Maybe for a sandwich, it's forgivable, but the Mac and Cheese was even colder than the sandwich. That being said, it all tasted fine. Maybe I just was there on an off day, and it's usually bettet, but my personal experience at this location wasn't flattering. That being said, I would absolutely recommend trying Potbelly's at least once.

Food is consistently good. I just wish the service was a little faster. Every other Potbelly I’ve been to is more efficient with the prep line/checkout. Belly Bites are a nice option for kids.

Wow! So good! Mac and cheese was fire even though I literally got the last scoop. My chicken salad sandwich was fire! Highly recommend this place. Staff was friendly and fast. Seriously eat here!

Good pizza sandwich plus Cuban sample was good. Clean and new place.
