Firehouse Subs

I waited 30 minutes for my 2 subs and watched the guy in front of me be told he received a free sub for waiting so long. Is 30 minutes not a long time to wait for your food in the fast food service? I didn’t receive anything free for waiting so long. Not trying to be petty but you shouldn’t give other customers free stuff if you aren’t willing to do it for all of them who are waiting just as long. Plus, my sub was made horribly sloppy! I usually love this place but I am far from impressed this time. Definitely not coming back.

Never had a bad experience here. The people have always been friendly and the food is on par or better with all other firehouse shops.

Rude heavy tall woman yelling quite loudly at the employees and saw a roach in the ladies room. No ac and overpriced

Slow, slow, slow, incredibly poor slow service. I came in on a thursday night with a mediocre crowd and it took 15 minutes to make my sandwich. The manager apologized to all the patrons. I returned this saturday afternoon with 3 patrons in the restaurant, and again it has taken 15 minutes to make my sandwich....3 employees to 3 patrons. I will never be back.

This was a nice place. Bit confusing for a first time visit, but pretty good sammiches.
