The food that was made was good they forgot to give us our pickles. It was a bunch of young kids working inside. They were more worried about getting off work before 915 then they were about the customers by the end of the night. When I walked in at 8:10. The ladies seemed like they were very anxious to close the store they even had the lobby with all the chairs on the table so you got the feeling that you were not welcomed to sit down. So we ordered our food to go. The floor still needed to be slept and mopped but they seem to be more in a hurry to get their nightly chores done to go home for the evening. The establishments closing time is 9.
Subway, "eat fresh" Yeah we've all heard that before. Firehouse subs has way more of a selection though. More bang for your buck, & satisfy your taste buds . Definitely my go to for subs. **Now it's under new management!!**
Management at this location is horrible and treats their employees very RUDE directly in front of customers even! Your employees are key to success, try treating them like people! Will never go back to this location for any reason! Update: Thanks for taking the time to reply. Spoke with the employee in question right after as she was visibly in tears outside and learned that the management that was treating her that poorly is the wife of the owner. They own another store too apparently, won't be going there either!
Meatball with no sauce… what happened? You guys used to be the very best place to get a good meatball sub from. What a shame. I paid $15 bucks for a single sandwich NOT including delivery, tip, or taxes. Such a disappointment and definitely not worth the money to give it another try.
I love firehouse subs but this locations service is rough. Everytime I've been in I'm greeted with silence and 1000 yard stares from the employees. With no one in line I'm always told to wait till they can get to me. The sub always turns out good but that service makes me never want to go back. I tried calling today and idk if the number is wrong on Google or they have the phone off the hook but it rings and rings and they never picked up no matter how many times I call. It's jimmy John's for me this place is no good
Thinnest sandwich I have ever received from any sandwich place. Not even close to the pic advertised. The bottom half of the bread roll is literally twice as thick as the filling the top 3x as thick. We did not request any substitutions or deletions on the sandwich. The pickle is thicker. What a joke.

Wanted to place a nice sized order for 5 adults but noticed they no longer cater to gluten free customers. Tried calling later in the day and nobody would answer their telephone. Too bad,m I used to love this place and will no longer be ordering from them anymore. EDIT 8/17/2022 - Tried again to order online, still no gluten free options, ordered anyway without bread. Arrived to pickup and was informed gluten free bread was prevalent. Pleasantly surprised by high quality food and impeccable service. Will visit again. Lost 1 star for not offering gluten free online as an option but available in store.
The sandwiches here are usually pretty good. The meatball subs don't have nearly enough marinara though. There's barely any sauce on it at all. Other locations don't seem to have this issue.
Customer service was great. Went towards closing and still greeted and helped very quickly. Haven't eaten at one in years due to being in Germany. Loss a star due to the bread to meat ratio. Super bread heavy. Wish I would have got double meat to compensate. They also offer military, first responder discount as a bonus.
