Usually impressed but this round little disappointed. This is as full of a box I got of shrimp and the lady slammed the window so fast after handing me my food I couldn’t even ask for sauce haha again usually happy here throws round wow and def not money worth if that’s what u give in the amount of shrimp

Angel the "MANAGER" lied through his teeth multiple times about making a door dash order, which was placed 30 minutes ago prior to closing.. my first incounter he says he'll make the order that was at 11:38pm and he said he wouldn't know how long tell the order would be done. 10 minutes later, I came in, and he played on his phone. I stood there f9r several minutes without being noticed because he was on his phone! The third time, I came in now 11:54 p.m., and this video shows what he says! HE NEEDS TOO BE FIRED. HE CLOSED THE STORE OVER 30 MIN & He lies multiple times, as well as playing on his phone for many minutes. Terrible example of a manager!

3900 south Redwood location. Most all employees spoke little English. The young boy again was going the customer service. Others busy cleaning up. They let me order 5 minutes before closing. Went back the next day sunday, at 15:00. Got a large order of Ghost pepper chicken. Food was great, more English speaking employees. Service on the second day was medium to poor.

My husband ordered a Family meal. He was asked to pull forward to wait for the chicken to cook. He was not told that he may wait up to 45 minutes. So when he got the food 45 minutes later the main chicken wings were dry and hard to eat. No one ever updated him, even after going into check 30 minutes later making sure he wasn’t forgotten. Bad service all the way, bad customer care, bad food. No wonder we don’t eat here often.

Person taking my order could barely understand me and charged me for incorrect items. My fries were cold and very old. Chicken was ok.... The floors in this place were stickier than a dollar movie theater. If this was the first Popeyes I had eaten at I would never go to another. Safe to say I will not return to this location.Food: 1/5

Just gross. Ordered the 8 piece and got 4 wings, 2 breasts and 2 small legs. $30 bucks later and was not even edible. Over cooked and dry, no thighs, Mac and cheese was mushy. It all went in the trash. Last chance Popeyes. You will never get another dime from my house.

I asked for a large mac and cheese and I got a greasy, smelly cup of something. Don’t know when the last time they changed out the mac and cheeseFood: 1/5

Worst service ever! Have only been twice. BOTH times they seriously messed up my order! This last time they argued with me when I told them I hadn't gotten certain items. I won't ever go to this location again!Food: 2/5

Stopped in for a quick bite. It wasn't very hungry I just wanted a chicken tender and was told I had to buy a complete meal. Or I could just buy three tenders with a biscuit I explained over that I just wanted one chicken finger and was told they don't do that. I'm never going backService: 1/5

New Years Eve after 6pm. The food was hot and fresh. There were only a couple of guys working, so there was a wait, but they were nice and polite and did a fabulous job. This is not the Popeyes closest to my home, but I would drive the extra 15min to get to this location.Food: 5/5
