This McDonald’s store has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my 75 years on this earth. McDonald’s used to be a place where you could go in the drive-through or inside and have a great time. Those days are totally lost to the pass and my take is that they are such the giant in the hamburger business that they really don’t care who they hire so totally sad for such a giant to be the last place I now care to go and more., we all Now have choices.
We used to order all the time and it used to be pretty good. But the last several times it's been impossibly slow. Order something for breakfast and it takes long enough for it go past their serve time for those food items. They also seem to miss several of the items every now and again, things like half of the oder being wrong or missing outright. Keep in mind this is before it even gets into the dashers hands. Have gone through MULTIPLE dashers waiting for the food over the course of a whole hour.
Absolutely dangerous, having someone reverse into the drive thru while I'm there and threatening to hit me it I didn't move is completely ridiculous. When I told the manager he says there's nothing they can do to prevent, or say anything about it to the customer who tried to cause a car accident. No apology for being scared. Nothing do better with your managers, it should never be dangerous to order a kids meal.
Props for the manager and staff today 7:30 pm 11/20/2022! The customer at the window was yelling at the manager and the staff! All for what? A receipt? The manager was handing her 2 receipts but customer did not accept them. So she sat there, making us allllll wait in the drive thru for over 25 mins!!! Hopefully she doesn’t get any type of discount or credit for future purchase if she calls to complaint. She does not deserve it! Take the food back, and give her a full refund for her purchase and send her on her way next time. Or call the cops to have her removed. My respects for the whole team tonight!!
The slowest drive thru I have ever been to. This location is conveniently placed but for years they just are unable to speed anything up at all. Oh and the parking lot is so small that you can't really leave in one direction. The line always blocks the south exit.
3464 W 3500 S, West Valley City, UT 84119 location is subpar at best, I used the bathroom and had to tell the employees that the soap was out. When I questioned how they wash their hands without soap, I was told they leave the bathroom without washing and wash in the back sinks. Wow not a good look for a fast food business to not have that taken care of immediately.
My grandson works here, otherwise I typically don't eat at Mickey D's. Typical food, good fries. Clean restaurant. If you like McDonald's food you'll be happy going to that franchise.Food: 3/5
The last two times I have visited this location through the drive thru I have had a bad experience. Both times i had items missing from my order and barely warm fries with a pinch of salt. Not very accurate from my experienceFood: 2/5
Ordered spicy chicken plain add cheese and large fry throw in some sweet and sour sauce . I paid extra for the cheese and sauce, i got a stale patty and bread no cheese asked if sauce was in bag, girl rolled her eyes said yes well she lied and I was not coming back to wait another 30min to get the same sandwich with cheese slapped on it.
Guys I would not order from this McDonalds they charge you 1.00 extra for the quarter pounder beef patties only instead of being a 1.49 they charged you $2.49 and won't refund your money .because they said they're individually owned 1 receipt is for this place and the other receipt is from five miles down the road at another McDonald's clearly you do the math. Plus the Mexican guy they're the manager was being a real a****** about it.
