The team here did a great job and my alignment and they made me feel like I was a true member of the firestone family due to their outstanding customer service!

While we did not come here for service, Roy and his crew were more than helpful and went out of their way to help strangers in need. My wife and I were on our way from DeRidder, Louisiana to Corpus Christi, TX. Our car just quit and broke down at the far edge of Angleton at around 5:30pm on a Friday. we ended up having to get towed to the Firestone and stay the night in Angleton. The cars engine had locked up and had to sit at the Firestone for several days. Roy was instrumental in helping to arrange things to get my car towed over 40miles to the dealership for repair. Thank you Roy and crew. y'all are lifesavers.

This shop showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail as they have damaged my wheel what should be a routine alignment. I was not contacted about the damage. When I came to pick up my car I was told what happened and that it would be fine in the short term but I'd need to get it fixed eventually. No mention that they were culpable and we're working to fix it. Such a lack in customer care is deplorable. Sending me home with a car I cannot safely drive for a long distance is highly inconvenient. Not impressed with the service here and once this matter is resolved I have no reason to bring you anymore business. Others should consider the same.

Terrible! This place takes full advantage of the location they have and does terrible service/work. They never run diagnostic tests on your vehicle even if you ask, they do terrible oil changes and sometimes I even question if they did the oil change. Kick these people off post!
