Mike M. Is a great store manager, Firestone make sure you take care of this guy. I have been to many shops, I work on my vehicle myself so I'm picky. This is one of the best shops I have been to in a long time. Quick and the job was done RIGHT.

My experience wasn't very good at all but I don't think it is indicative of the service and skill they have.  The prices seemed reasonable.

Went in there one night told me 2 hr wait so made a appt for the next day. I get there and again tell me it'll be a 1 1/2 hr-2hr wait.  if there going to make appointments they really should honor them at there times otherwise don't take appointments! Won't ever be back.

Quick, straightforward, and didn't try to talk me into repairs I didn't need. I will be returning here for my alignment services and maybe more in the future
