Town Fair Tire

I've gone here with all 3 of my cars and each and every time I've been impressed. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous & all around good people. I honestly feel like they care about my safety above ALL else... I can't say enough good things about them!! My first ever visit I showed up unannounced a little after closing because I had just gotten a flat & my spare was low on air. Instead of turning me away & saying good luck we're closed like MOST places would, they took the time to help me fill the spare, take the flat off & put the spare on. I went back the next day for some new tires & have gone back to them multiple times & I'm never disappointed. Even though I've moved about 30-40 mins away I will still continue going here. Great service brings lifelong customers!!

Other than my original "wheel deal" package last year, today is the first time that I had need to use any of their included services that accompany the wheel deal. Unfortunately I had a flat tire. When I came in I was promptly greeted by staff, and within about 5 minutes the tire had been addressed. The service person at the front desk area showed me some sidewall damage and indicated the possibility that the tire might need replacing, but they would not know for sure until the tire was removed and the inside tire casing was examined. I came in without an appointment and had to wait for around an hour because they were quite busy. Once the actual technician serviced the tire it was determined that the tire was salvageable, and only needed a patch, remounting and rebalancing. Everything went well.I am a happy and totally satisfied customer.

I brought my daughter's Jeep to Town Fair Tire in Woonsocket and after they installed the tires, they came out to say that the tires she picked out weren't safe for her vehicle and immediately changed them to the correct tires...N/C. Safety over sale. I'm going to be back here with my own vehicles from now on. Good job guys!

Rude. Manager lied to my face about how much a valve stem replacement was when I had the receipt in front of my face with all the prices of everything. Went there Friday. Was there for 2 hours . i left, my car felt funny, came back the next day. TFT Admitted my balancing was off. I've had my car 2 days now , have taken it to them 2 days and my car still vibrates while driving at 55. I don't feel safe in my vehicle. Not fair when I spent $600 thinking that the job was going to be done well. Negative. My car should not wobble whatsoever. I already called corporate and left 2 messages.
