Excellent service to their customers.

Picked up a bolt in my brand new tire driving in Birmingham. Google Assistant directed me to the nearest Firestone, and the manager was fantastic. She got us in and out with no charge because I had read hazard coverage. We couldn't  have asked for better service.

This place is horrible when I went to another Firestone one of the employees that use to worked at the one on Bessemer super highway even talked about how bad this place is.

Great service.

I was there to get an estimate for the door handle that was damaged.I did not have to wait too long and the personnel were friendly and courteous.
