Outstanding service and knowledge.  First class all the way around!

I wish I knew EVERYONE who had car trouble because I would surely recommend Mr. Tavares Ward at New Metro Auto Service. His personality is just outstanding, he always in a great mood, greets you with a smile, he is courteous and kind. I would always do business with this young man who has this five star customer service.

I’ve been here twice. Each time I’ve been the service was excellent. New Metro Auto is a great place to get an oil change, replace door, and tires mounted. Mr. Ward is a very knowledgeable mechanic. I would have to say this is one of the best automotive shop in Birmingham. Each time was a great experience.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional. Mr Ward is honest and extremely dependable. Service is completed in a timely manner and I found the pricing to be competitive if not better.

Amazing Services great Staff and quick service

Took my car in today and the service was awesome  Professional staff and very knowledgeable when explaining the details of my car. The service was quick and the price was fair. I would strongly recommend New Metro Auto.
