We worked with FCB in obtaining a home loan. It was a miserable experience. It seemed like every time we talked or a new document was released, closing costs were added, in huge amounts. We stuck with it for the low rate, but once the loan was finalized it was almost immediately sold to a third party loan agency. After calling that agency I was finally able to make my first payment; however, soon after my first payment THAT agency sold it to ANOTHER loan agency who have not contacted me yet. Overall, though the low rate was enticing, the experience of mounting closing costs and the constant re-selling of the loan was not worth it. This bank wants to make fat fees on closing costs then sell the trouble of actually servicing your loan immediately.

So far so good. The tellers know my name when I come in. Very helpful. They reduced an overdraft fee for me. I much prefer smaller banks.

I was greeted at the door. My transactions were made in a quick and efficient manner to my continual delight. Every time I visit they seem to remember me by name leaving in high spirits each visit. I’m appreciative of the attention to detail they show. I highly recommend.

Terrible service. I walked up the doors were locked it showed appt only. I call the number they have listed but a lady comes to the door asks why I’m there. I let her know I am making a deposit to one of their account holders and she leaves me outside to write a check stand in the sun sweating while she stand alone inside the building. I get Covid and all and appt only but if there are no appts why make a potential customer wait out in the sun while she waited inside with no guest to take care of! So wild I wouldn’t recommend being a customer.

the women there was super helpful and was able to help me open my account with out no problems and in a timely matter i would refer anyone to this location and its really close to downtown

They are simply the best.

Great location, so close to downtown. Staff was great! Even had parking validation for parking garage on Russel.
