Friendly tellers/associates. Small branch with drive-thru ATM out in parking lot.
Friendly tellers. They are fast and ready to help you with your banking needs.
I have never had a bad experience at this branch. All of the employees greet the customers by name and make them feel very welcome.
Big Banks only care about big customers. PNC is a prime example of this they have offered me no help and that is because they do not value personal customers at all.
Branch manager is either incompetent or doesn't care about customer. over the course of 6 weeks i left 6 messages with no response. when i did get a hold of him he assured me that he would resolve the problem and call me back; he didn't. took 6 weeks to resolve a simple issue. 2 stars for the associates, zero for the branch manager.
The teller wasn't willing to help. Very poor customer service. Shocked that it could get this bad at a PNC branch.
Rude snotty ladies.
