FIRST NATIONAL BANK JUST LET ME DO A WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT SHOWING ANY IDENTIFICATION. NOT GOOD. MY FIRST VISIT
The employees at the drive thru are so incredibly helpful and kind! We had some issues with our debit card when we were trying to go out of town and they were so patient with us and worked with us until we were able to get our problems solved! You guys are the best, thanks a bunch!!
We can't even talk to anyone at any branch no one answer the phone ...all automated recording not even the main customer service even at 00-642-0014 no matter what option you choose. Very frustrating. Thinking about closing the acct and move to a different FI.
I set up a personal checking account yesterday with Travis G. It was easy and took very little time. Today I requested a complicated wire transaction and he was super patient and nice which tells me I chose the right banking institution. Thanks again Travis G.!
