I was in line 5 minutes in the drive-through another car comes it’s on the other side of me we wait another five minutes. Then the tower proceeds to help the other guy before me!
I know lobbies not being open and long drive thru lines are stressful but the service rep who assisted me was not pleasant at all. I sent my information through the drive through kiosk for lack of better word and he comes on the intercom and does not say hi, no pleasantries, and says 'what can I do with this'. Then after I say I need to deposit the screen goes blank and they only came back to say 'the receipt is coming back'. Did not ask if I needed other assistance, did not say thank or have a good day, just cut me off. I really hope this branch does a training on customer service
Home loan process is a complete joke. All employment information turned over to them day one for pre-approval. Long drawn out closing in which I sent them repeated taxes, pay stubs, bank statements everything they would need to process my home loan. 5 months this went on signing documents, sending in proof of income ect...up to the week before closing they requested my bank statements once again to provide proof I had money for closing, only to tell me exactly 1 week to closing they were not going to give me the loan which basically left me homeless and very stressed and completely ruined my desire to become a homeowner. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER AGAIN!!!
Hands down worst bank I have to go to. No one at the drive through at all, send my stuff in, guaranteed to be here 20 minutes every time no matter what!
Branch is not open - meaning the drive-thru is not open not withstanding what is on website. It might open next week and might not...called 800# and guy would not "hear" my questions nor which location I was talking about. Had to argue through it - says all other branches including - 72nd St & 132nd & Dodge both open - supposedly but as I said at first, he said 89th & Center open as well. Then said 89th & Maple open. Couldn't or wouldn't give me a straight answer. Tough to do business with this kind of service. Unbelievable.
Tamara, Brian, Nick, and the other lady whose name I didn't get.. They all stayed late. Went above and beyond any and all service I had ever expected or even heard of when it comes to bank employees. They were all very VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND THERE JUST REALLY ISNT WORDS TO SAY HOW GRWATLY APPRRECIATED THEY ARE.. I HAD BEEN TRYI G TO GET ACCOUNT OPEN FOR A M9NTH. DUE TO MR BEING A TRUCKDRIVER.. IT BRCAME VERY VERY VERY DIFGICULT.. THEY WEREVERY ACCOMIDATING IN ALL MY NEEDS . THEY WSITED LATE FOR ME. AND STAYED LAYE FOR ME.. THEY WERE TRUE HEROES OF MINE TODAY.. THANK YOU SO SO MACH.
Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru window.. takes this long EVERY TIME I come to this location...
Very bad experience while trying to get an auto loan. Had to call other US Bank branch to get taken care of.......
Very friendly staff, one of their quickest branches for me.
