Small enough to remember my name every time... local branch especially. Never have had a single issue speaking with a personal banker/ manager. My experience has been great largely. Very responsive in my experience. Which is VAST. 20 years at SNB.
Managers have no more banking knowledge than a flea.
Subcontracts every aspect of banking. Be prepared to wait 10 days for any contact. Revolving door of employees explains a lot.
I don't care if its legal for them to take money out of accounts to pay a creditors debt its still stealing property from an estate. It plunder when they don't provide a good and they use a heretical form of debt collection.
Nice bank. Great conference rooms.
