I love the concept of this place. I do a lot of meal prep as an athlete, but it's nice to have somewhere where I can grab quick meals on-the-go when I don't have time to cook myself. All of the macros and ingredients are laid out for you, and the meals are healthy and accomodative to all diets. I certainly don't have to sacrifice taste/flavor as there's tons of delicious options, with new one's popping up periodically. It is pricier than meal-prepping for yourself, but the convenience makes it worth it every so often. Jillian is cool people, and she has an awesome business going!

Fit-Flavors held a nutrition class at work that day so on my way home I thought I would stop in and take a look at what they had to offer. Its located in the shopping plaza just off 40 so it was easy to get to with plenty of parking. (I think they have 2 other locations as well) It is a small place, with a few table so if you needed to eat at their facility you could. I was assisted with the items on the menu that were packaged in plastic take home containers, with instructions on how to warm up before eating. They also all had dates very visible that identified when you need to have them consumed by. I end up purchasing several days worth of dinners and breakfast meals. And all for a reasonable price. When I got home I was pretty excited and nervous because I didn't really know if this meal was going to fill me up. The portions were good size, but I would typically eat more than what was in the meal. To my surprise, not only was it absolutely delicious, but I was satisfied and full. Each meal (again 4 now) has been the same. Extremely good and filling. I don't know where else you can go to get a healthy meal, that tastes good and completely home made, for less than a self serve salad you can get from a grocery store. And the best part.....it takes less than 2 min to make dinner :)

Love love love the food at Fit Flavors! Highly recommend this healthy food that won't make you feel like you are compromising anything. Great flavor and lots of variety to keep it fresh.

Fit Flavors makes it so convenient to eat healthy or to reach a goal such as fat loss. Their food is delicious and the program is flexible. Highly recommended!

Fresh, healthy options prepared daily. This makes eating healthy simple and saves me countless hours of meal prepping on my own. The Brentwood location is right on the way home from the gym so this is almost a daily routine.
