Everything great to say about this location, the meals, the staff - convenient, good portions, fresh, healthy & tasty, super friendly and helpful, always upbeat and energetic. My ONLY complaint is many times I have gotten meals that are spicy when they are not marked spicy. I complained in the store and they were already aware because of other complaints, especially about the sweet potatoes. It has gotten much better, but I will still occasionally get something that is so spicy I can't eat it and it is not marked as spicy. I complained again via e-mail with no response. This is frustrating. Overall though - I definitely recommend. I often go in once a week and buy my lunches for the entire week.

Excellent flavor, healthy and great portions. Lucky enough to be with in walking distance and eat here often. Smoothie bar is the best in town. Jillian and all the staff are friendly and always helpful.

The customer service received at fit-flavors is out of this world! There smoothie bar is amazing too!! Thank you for all you do for your customers.

Cannot say enough about this food and Company and staff!! The staff is Wonderful and go out of their way to help and make sure sure you get the best service!! Although I'm at the Creve Coeur location the most, this can be said for all 3 locations!! I started eating these meals in February, 2016 after I moved here from Texas. Since I really don't cook..these meals were the answer to my food God!!!!!! :o)) Even my family knew I was in Fit-Flavors heaven!!!!! :o) I think I can become the Poster Child for Fit-Flavors! :o) From April, 2016..I started to use these meals pretty much on a full time basis. Sometimes I'd make some of my own breakfasts...yet would rather have some of their yummy meals..especially the great chocolate chip pancakes!! The best part about all these meals (other than the great taste!)...they have all the right portions and nutritional information on each container. How much easier can that get??? I've always been into fitness and nutrition. However...Fit-Flavors just made things so much better. I lost weight and felt great! I still wanted to know more about how to fit these foods in with an even better nutritional plan. Last year around May, I attended a free Cooler Chat session with the Dietitian, Allison Leskow. The topic was MyFitnessPal. Since I've used MyFitnessPal in the past..I wanted to get more information about how to better use it. Allison was great! She was very informative and as so nice! I was curious about having Fit-Flavors foods and using this device. Allison said that she could help set up a nutrition program incorporating the Fit-Flavors foods while tracking everything on the device. That was my main focus...so I set up some sessions with her. Allison set up my program using calories, as opposed to my previous programs with the breakdowns of macros. Yet..the breakdown with the macros was already on each container. For me.. it was so much easier to do calories and not have to think about the breakdown of anything. My results were almost immediate and it's only gotten better and sustainable!! It has been so easy to stay focused and on track with MyFitnessPal!!! It helps to also plan a few meals ahead and then I don't even have to think about what to eat other than look at the device to see what is planned for each meal and snack. And the body knows when it's time to eat!!!! Trust me!!!!!! And....eating the Fit-Flavors foods has been one the best things to make this journey so successful. My snacks can be some of those "forbidden" foods...yet...when tracked...they fit right in with the plan. Even if I go out to dinner...it's still easy to track food with the device...so ya never have to be away from your plan. Other than the meals in the stores, there are some great bulk protein dishes to order online. With these dishes, I can still weigh out what I need and then add some of my own sides! So good!! My favorites are the Naked Sloppy Joe and the Italian Steak! The Herb Chicken has just been added and can't wait to get some! I can honestly say that at the age of 67...this is the best I have ever looked or felt! My clothes fit amazing and I'm at the lowest size and weight I have been in a very long time and this has stayed consistent. I feel it is due to the right amount of calories for my body. This has made a huge difference with the shape of my body! And...I will not be on that yo-yo track anymore. This is a great way of life! I really want to emphasize that Allison is the reason for helping me get to this fantastic place in my life!!! She is the Best!!!! Yes....I am the one to do the work. However..she is the one who gave me the correct tools and direction! I just love her and appreciate how much she cares about her clients! And no matter how many clients she has...you and your success are very important to her. I would encourage anyone who wants to make changes and have true success..to contact Allison!! It has been the best decision I have made in a very long time!!
