Pure Plates STL

Food is great and very tasty. It comes fresh, not frozen, and is delivered on time. I have no idea how they keep all the proteins moist--even after I heat them up, they stay very moist. There are a lot of varieties, but after ordering for 5 or 6 weeks, I keep hoping they'll put some new entree into the rotation occasionally. I really like that I'm supporting local St.Louis businesses. I highly recommend.

I love pure plates. It is simple fresh ingredients. I get it every week! I love always having a healthy meal in the fridge. A lot of other places claim to have healthy ingredients. Pure Plates honestly does! I love Pure Plates. I recommend it to all my personal training clients.

Really great concept, love the convenience. The only catch-22 is the timing sometimes - certain foods versus when they are on a schedule (if you're doing a plan) versus the little nuances of if your fridge actually freezes things before you get to them. A lot of that can't be controlled, only circumvented with trial and error - the errors just aren't cheap. Overall, would definitely recommend for anyone attempting to do the keto diet and get tired of bland food day in and day out.

Love the convenience of the home delivery. Makes it easy to order without hesitation and they're great about honoring requests like removing rice from a dish. Highly recommend if you'd like to eat healthy but feel strapped for time or just don't know what to cook. Seeing the number on the scale go down isn't too shabby either!

I’m trying to lose weight. I don’t know how to cook and I don’t want to learn. My first step was to lose the gluten. Then, I found Pure Plates. I’m so picky I asked if they would customize a few of their dishes. This is great!! I don’t need to throw away food I don’t like. When I finish a meal, I feel full. I’m not lying. I was the first one to be surprised! I love the meals I chose.
