Joining Fit Future is the best thing I've ever done for my health. At 78, I have a number of long-term and recent problems, including heart damage from rheumatic fever as a child, and a back that's bending into osteoporosis. I benefit from all the different classes at Fit Future: Postural Blueprint, Basic 5, Restorative, and soon we will be Walking on the rail trail again! All these activities can be modified as needed. Julie, Jacob and Danielle are encouraging and nonjudgmental.

The posture blueprint class does wonders for shoulders and neck, countering the sitting and lack of flexibility in our modern lives. It's also very personalized within the class.
