Over rated. Lot of equipment but its usually hot in there. Left and joined smaller gym.

Management team in the morning are very mean and have a high school attitude. The male management behaves like he is the dominant Tarzan and his workers are Janes and Habana boys. The staff never say, "have a nice day" to me as I leave. They only say it to good looking men and women who are young, thin, built, and beautiful looking. It has turned into a high school gym with this management team. This is so sad to see. It use to be a very friendly place.

This is honestly a gym for women who like to use the machines and tan or people who want a cheap tanning membership. If you are overweight or obese and are looking to really make an effort to lose weight you might be able to here, but they sure don't help you out. It's sad that they pray on many people's weakness for fatty foods with pizza, candy and bagels for members to eat. I saw countless times overweight individuals go in there, walk a bit, lightly push some machine weight and then grab a slice or two of pizza before they leave. They would have been better off just walking around town instead of coming to the gym. They ended up consuming more calories and fat going to the gym than if they just skipped the gym and went on a walk. For those who actually know how to workout and build a workout plan, there are no free weights except dumb bells that go up to 80lbs, everything else is an assisted machine. You can not drop the weights when you reach failure and your muscles give out (which is dangerous), and you can't grunt to push out a heavy set. Good luck reaching your fitness goals here. It's a great gym for young women or people on a budget that need basic machines. All in all this is a PC gym that cares more about your feelings while you workout rather than you becoming a healthy individual.

Joke of a place if you ACTUALLY WORKOUT. Good if you are just going there to do nothing, chat and enjoy free food
