Nice facility, unless it's cold outside. If it is wear something warm. Not sure if there is any heat in there but if there is it doesn't work real well.

Great gym, great staff. Lots of programs for weight loss and muscle/strength gain. It's where you go if your serious about fitness. They won't give you pizza but they will (if you let them) show you how to meet your goals.

GREAT PLACE! THEY OFFER PHYSICAL THERAPY, BATTING CAGES, AND A VARIETY OF SPORTS RELATED TRAINING FOR ALL AGES.

Very nice facility, NO HEAT, it was 35 degrees in there. You had to wear hats and gloves. The bats are not supposed to be used under 60 degrees, so much for that. No one would have bitched if it was 50. They said the heat was on. If that was the case the gas heaters up by the lights. Would have been orange! The softball tournament itself was run very poorly. 18 finish playing at 12:30 in the morning on Sunday and they were expected to be back to play at 8 in the morning they did not have hotel rooms the team was only an hour away. Very poorly run!

Very nice and well established physical therapy business. They gave have 2 floors of gyms and many other rooms. They offer therapies that I haven't seen at others. They even have a small cafeteria on site.
